1995 Cent Clash?

I see there is a clash on the reverse side of this cent but that
looks like it can be from the ONE one the same side.
wouldn't a clash be of the obverse side if its on the reverse?

Clash marks can show on only one side or on both.

 

His claim is that the thing in the first bay is from the same side, rather than part of the head from the other.

 

My mistake. I was reading and typing too fast. Don't know what the mark is.

 

looks like a die chip is starting to form here

 

We need people to type slower around here, or get some translator software filter

 

And there are some that should not.
