1998 Cent Lincoln Error?

    I put in a few arrows to point out the errors.
    the red arrow is pointing to what looks like an E?
    the white arrow is that doubling or a plating issue?
    and the black arrow is pointing at Lincolns chest is this normal?

    My opinion it's not 004. I don't see the doubled column to Abes left as in the Coppercoins example. Given the amount of plating bubbles throughout the rest of the coin, I'd suspect that that's what is causing the anomalies.

    Nope I do not have a 1998P-1DR-004.
