see if you took a look at this one through a loupe you can see
that there are 2 moles. thats not a plating bubble lmaooooo im jk jk thanks

 

Theirs only to different dates for the double ear lincoln cent, first the 1984 and the 2006

 

sometimes the crease in lincoln neck, around the ear, looks like a double ear

The 1984 DDO001 and 2006 DDO004 are two well known examples of doubled ears, but they are not the only ones. 1988 and 1997 are just a couple right off the top of my head.

I agree though, the op's coin is a not a doubled die.

 

so many to keep up with, let alone all the new errors being found today, that haven't even hit the coin world yet
