looks like a colorized atb quarter

 

It's a half dollar must be from a painted set?

 

Did u check the side for silver

 

I found out what it is, the coin is a JFK wishing well half dollar. I doubt it is silver but the going rate is $30. A pretty good score as I just started hunting rolled coins.

Good luck getting $30 for it. People do odd things with coins.

 

Of course, that's with the coin mounted in a key chain or pendant. It's amazes me that people would pay $30 for a half dollar and pendant worth even less. So, your coin is worth, well, fifty cents. No collector value, but you could probably get a buck or two on the 'Bay.

 

Thanks for the info, I'm more of a collector than a seller. It's sold as a good luck coin so I think I'll use it for scratch off tickets.
