I only have photos of date right now, if needed I can take more to make sure, but I think the date is all we need, let me know, thanks A027 - 20130909_123427 (2).jpg 19722222222223333.jpg

Not seeing it. On the #9 the tip of the 2 is very easily discernible. Not seeing it on yours. Could be the lighting?

Nope. Markers mean nothing if the doubling is not exactly the same.
    Keep up the hunt!

I gotta say, with the post mint ding to the 2 in the date, it'd be nearly impossible to say yes, for us, or probably more importantly, a TPG. Most of the indicators in the sample picture are flat or damaged on your coin.

heres some markers for everyone: first stage A of the date (wexler)

    Stage A
[IMG] next Stage B of the date (wexler)
    Stage B
[IMG] easy to see the date is getting more beat up, and coneca has a stage C, but none for wexler yet, again, if the date is getting worse, or more beat up, then I would say the date is even more beat up on stage C, maybe it looks like this, or stage C. if you look at the 1 of 1972, stage B (wexler) it has the same dent on the bottom of the one A026 - 20130909_145301 (2).jpg now lets use some markers, here what the R looks like in TRUST (wexler stage B) [IMG] and heres my A038 - 20130910_151422 (3).jpg now lets use the marker in BERTY of LIBERTY (wexler stage A) [IMG] heres my A037 - 20130910_151154 (3).jpg last, coneca showing a stage C
    Designation:

    Population:

    Markers:

    UVC-2292

    Reverse is EDS

    Stage B:

yes I was wrong on my staging, its stage c, not stage B, like I put

Dates get "beat up" by contact marks and circulation; it has nothing to do with die stage. This coin is not #9.

lets talk about some markers, the date marker is the tail in the 2, unfortunately my microscope only takes up to 250x, and wexlers to 1800x, so I can't show that that marker, so you'll have to take my word on it, second, lets look at the R in TRUST, heres the photo of wexler [IMG] heres my A038 - 20130910_151422 (2).jpg maybe its just me, but they look the same, if other markers are needed, just use photos

Right, but if the doubling isn't there, it can't be a doubled die.
