    All very nice coins,
My Question is "how to grade them.... "
They seem to fall out of almost any known Category ,
though I'm sure will find a way 'mit Das pennies, last Zinc I saw graded was
listed as Good, Great, Unbelievable, and God in Heaven...
so zinc is a mystery metal and very difficult to grade,
    except in AU-58 or better??

I don't think anyone posted this one. It's Polish made under German occupation. The date says 1923 but they actually just used an old pattern. It was made in the 1940s. 1940s poland 20 groszy.jpg

Very nice. Aside from giving someone else a chance, I figured that if I use it as my avatar, then there is no need to add it here.;)

Zinc is troublesome. This is probably the best zinc coin I have:

    Denmark 2 ore 1958 (3).JPG
    Most look more like this:

Do any of you take steps to conserve zinc coins? I'd like to know a reliable way to stabilise the surfaces to prevent further deterioration, if there is one?

This is an Egyptian Magic Coin which is not a coin but a type of American token which is usually made of bronze or brass.

    But not this one.

One can not blame the Nazis for this but a really cheap carnival must have handed them out.
