Guess how many wheats

    I have learned a lot here and wanted to give something back.

    The contest is guess how many wheat cents are in the jar.
    Only the cents are the prize, I like my jar.

    1. Must have been a member before June 1st 2013
    2. Must have minimum of twenty posts.
    3. One guess per member
    4. Contest ends at 10:00 p.m. eastern time Sunday August 25.
    5. Open only to the United States
    6. I will pay for shipping


    I think that about covers it so have fun.

    To prevent misunderstandings, who pays for postage for the winner? Is the contest limited to the US for delivery , or is it international ( as you would have to fulfill the requirements for international mailing.

    My guess is 301.

    More clarifications for the rules though :p

    Is it the least amount off of the actual amount who wins? Or no going over?
    What happens in case of a tie if it is the first option?
