Looking for great deals on gold coins. anyone have any sites that have specials on them? Most preferably slabbed (Maples,Panda's,Eagles,etc..)
I use www.comparegoldprices.com. They have all of these with comparison pricing done for you. Great resource. I find if you buy from a reputable dealer you do not need slabs to ensure they are genuine. If you are going to buy from shady dealers, even a slab may not help you. They fake slabs as well you know, and in a fake slab its impossible to verify a coin. I would say if you educate yourself, a slab actually makes it HARDER to verify you are not getting ripped off, not easier. A slab can be a fool's paradise.
