    No. It's real. Enlarge the scan. The site made the reduction look bad.

    If someone was going to print currency, why in the world would they print this?

    There was a movie based on the true story of a counterfeiter who made dollar bills. His work was extremely good, and it was only a fluke that he was caught. When asked why he chose to counterfeit dollar bills, he said that no one ever thought that someone would counterfeit them.

    not quite sure what you mean by a flipper. looks like a regular $1 dollar bill to me

    um ok. kinda sounds like a stretch to make a note sound special. it's just a plain old dollar bill. sorry. being a so called flipper is not adding any premium at all. if you like it that's all that really matters

    An example of a true Flipper serial (that would carry a premium) would be:

    B00996600B

    It should have matching blocks and read the same if you fliped it over...
