I picked up a 71D FEV Ike dollar that appears to have a doubled die reverse. Below are some pictures of :
    1. the FEV earth
    2. the B in the liberty on the obverse
    3. The first "1" in the date
    4. the A in dollar
    5. the 2nd L in dollar
    6. the F from "of" on the reverse
    7. Rev initials
    8. star below of on reverse
    9. E PL and the dot from the reverse

The B and the 1 from suggest that it may have a very minor DDO also.
There is doubling and/or notching on the L and A in dollar
    The star shows notching
The E PL and the initials seem overly thick to me, and the dot in EPM is oblong
The F and the A in USA appear to have some minor notching on the lower left corner. This representative of the other letters in USA.

I am having a heck of a time attributing this coin, so if anyone has any insights, please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Quarter-back (pics below)

Since the FEV Reverse is RDV-006, neither of those listings addresses the OP's coin.

Judging from the photographs, the "R" is the only photo which may indicate a DDR. Might I suggest you send it to the IKE Group for attribution.

BTW, none of the FEV Die Varieties are cataloged with CONECA as I believe that they would consider them too minor to list.
