is there such thing as a 1921 morgan dollar proof? i found one that looks a little more reflective than the others

 

Yes, according to Q. David Bowers there are proof-like pieces and a very small number of what he refers to as "mirrored Chapman Proofs"

In a few weeks there is a show there also, this year the show is across the street and they and doing some type of fair at the museum. Dont forget to drop in at Northern Nevada coin also.

 

There are also Zerbe proofs. I have imaged them before and will look for an image.

 

OK this is a PCGS SP65+ Zerbe Special Strike. Amazing coin.

I've been there. And I was planning on being at the show on the 23rd and 24th of this month at the Nugget.

 

That is an amazing coin, they both are!!!

 

thats what mine looks like, but not in as good condition. it has some brown toning also

 

are you sure it is not cleaned or polished. the coin pictured above is very very rare.

 

im going to take it to a coin store and ask
