Pretty much the attribution on the envelope it came in.

I got it about a week ago from my local coin club as part of a thing where you pick a coin out of a box and do a report on it the next month.

    So, post away!
Also I'm pretty sure that the thing that looks like a sideways E is some sort of a mint mark.

It is Kushan, but I am not sure on the date (I see multiple dates when I look his reign up)

That is the symbol of the Kushan King, which I believe to be Huvishka in this case.

    Possibly:

    It's 25 mm.

There are earlier issues with mintmarks

    The diameter is close enough.

By the way, what does your coin weight?

I have no way to determine weight, so nothing there:(.

For the mint mark, I know that this symbol is used as a mint mark later on.

You mean the Tamga in the left field?

Those only help to determine the ruler (clan, etc) that used that symbol

We do not know what they called their coins and fractions. The name for a 25 mm piece I have seen as either a Tetradrachm or a unit. Smaller ones of course being a half unit, quarter unit, etc. I prefer just using "unit" since to use tetradrachm implies we know what they called them, which we don't.
