It's been FOREVER since I've been on this site. Been busy getting daughter ready for wedding this Friday....Mom has had double mastectomy due to breast cancer. Now that is not what I'm here for so here it goes.... This 2013 P nickel caught my attention at first when I saw the "P" was split (probably PMD)...LOL "Split P". But then when I looked at the reverse....I saw these "lines" coming from the "NITED" in United and there is a straight line under the U. Where the "TA" is in STATES....there is a small "piece" missing from the tail of the T and under the A, along the rim....seems to be where it ended up. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find anything on the "lines". Can't remember what they are called...."striations"? Die clash? It's just been way too long. Hopefully after daughter gets married I can get back into this and remember better. Thanks for looking and thanks in advance for your help!

Trail dies for which the mint has no explanation. They just know the occur. Agree the line on the mint mark is likely PMD

Update: 1st: My mother's breast cancer was Stage 1A with no lymph node involvement. So that means no chemo or radiation! YEA! 2nd: I contacted BJ Neff at traildies.com and he hasn't seen one of these 2013 P Nickels yet so I will be sending it to him.
