Just to learn...what is detected metal movement? I mean I can guess what it is, but where is it evident on the coin?

It means you got a tool and reshaped the coin, removed/added effects.

Genuine - UNC Details (92 - Cleaned)
last three digits of cert number: 940

6 people guessed UNC details, but none due to a cleaning.

What are your plans with this coin? Are you keeping it, cracking it out, etc.?

 

No plans. I'll just put in in my box of other coins that PCGS hates. I may need to invest in a bigger box though.

That coin definately didn't look like a cleaning to me. Maybe sending it to NGC could help.
