2 boxes of nickels - 13-Type 1(AG), 35, 40-S, 45-S, 2x46-D, 48-D, 48-S, 51-S, 2x53-S, 54-S, 3x56 & 2x57

The 13 type 1 Buff is nice to find, if not worth much. I'm actually happier about the 51-S. It's always welcome to find sub 8 million mintage Jeffs.

Box #5 of Halves - Skunk except for a 2006 D

 

I was balancing the cash drawer at the end of the night lastnight and seen a solid edged coin in a roll of dimes. So I bought that row, took it home and what do you know? It contained a 1962 silver dime. I was a happy camper since I literally did no work for it. Sometimes I love those clear plastic rolls!

Also did 3 boxes of dimes - 7 roosies, 1 Merc.

WOW AGAIN!

 

Wow! I wish I had even a sliver of the luck you seem to have on Halves, BCArthur.... Haven't even found my first silver in 5 boxes so far. I understand I don't look thru the quantity you do, but wow...

Getting box #6 tonight. Here's hoping my skunk streak ends....

 

Box of Nickels: 21 pre1960, 1955 plain (my 2nd in as many boxes) and 2 Wars (1943S and 1945P). That broke my silver nickel skunk at 5 boxes.

That also gives me 200 war nickels in my silver hoard.

There were a few proofs (all 1980S) and my first double headed coin.
My daughter got a kick out of that double headed, especially when I bet her I could flip 5 heads in a row.
