where you have the arrows at near the bottom of the coin looks like scratches. this coin is not from a die clashed strong enough to make it into the mad die clash files in my opinion.
sorry this is not scratches , it's one of two i think :clashed die or crack die .. but i don't know ....
If it were a die crack the lines on your coin would be raised not incuse. I found a picture which is an overlay of the obverse and reverse of the Memorial cent to where the die could possibly clash. Even if the die were misaligned I don't see any area that could have caused this clash mark. My opinion (however meaningless it may be because I don't collect modern varieties) is that they are scratches.
I think you're both right. There is definitely a die crack to the left of the C in CENT. The straight line running north from the C looks like a scratch or a hit. I think it's just a coincidence that they intersected.
