1967 SMS Lincoln (PCGS SP67BN). A rare BN SMS Lincoln Cent. I got this one out of an original set that I bought from KryptoniteComics on eBay and it graded first time through PCGS. The original mint luster is tremendous and you can actually see some flow lines. SMS Lincolns rarely come nicer than this.
3 of my newest ones. 1857 Seated Half dime with good detail. I think I need to retake the picture though. 1859-O Seated Dollar. I like the details on the shield. 1902 Indian Cent that I'm told was cleaned, but it's still nice in my opinion,
My Latest Here are my latest scores at auction today. The pics of the Buffalo Nickel do not do it justice. In hand it is absolutely beautiful!!!
Great looking coins everybody, I really enjoy seeing all the different types of coins that get posted here. Thanks Alan
The Bust halves usually had the words HALF DOLLAR IIIIIIII OR FIFTY CENTS . They wore down quite easily so you're probably confusing the FIFTY for Liberty . Great 1st Bust half you have there .
Four cool and colorful Jefferson Nickel Proofs. Grades were PR65 (1938), PR65 (1958), PR66 (1959), and PR67 (1963). The 1963 was a gift from robec (thank you!!).
today i got this amazing coin at a flea market (bad condition but..). A 1787 Connecticut copper coin (not sure what denomination it is, if it is cent or what). take a guess at what i got it for.. $30? $20? $10? no, $1 yes, i got this extremely old, colonial copper coin for a dollar!! at first i didn't know what it was but it looked familiar so i decided to take a shot at it and ask the guy how much he wanted for it and he said $1! so then when i get out to the car i look it up and find out what it was, this was just sitting at the bottom of a box the guy had. The guy was selling some great stuff, cool silver antiques, civil war artifacts, shipwreck artifacts, WWII memorabilia, along with many ancient cons and old foreign coins so i just thought this was a foreign coin, but i was in for a very nice surprise
Nice pick! :thumb: I think I've identified the variety for ya even!
