    Didn't get much feedback on the Error forum, maybe I need to be like stevex6, and put my Canadian error coins in this thread.

    It's a world coin, struck by Canadian dies.

    25c Canada 1871-H AU50 PCGS, Obverse 2

    Second year of the Victoria quarters. This 1871-H was struck to the extent of 748,000 pieces with two slightly different obverses. This is the more common (on this issue) Obverse 2 with slightly curved top of the bust tip and a hair ribbon that narrows toward its lower end. Haxby prices this at $385 in AU :(, Trends at $850, and CoinsandCanada.com at $790.

    Enjoy!

    Just won this 1914 today I for some reason found this date hard to find, and when I did it was selling for a bit to much for me. So I waited and was able to win this coin for $3.75. [IMG][IMG]

    A Few Later Silver Quarters

    Well I want to get through with the quarters and on to the halves! I have quite a few of the later George VI and Elizabeth quarters so here are three of my nicer pieces. I really don't go much for the post-1968 stuff, at least not yet ... still way too many holes back to 1870. I really like all the one-year-type 1967 Centennial coins. I had a proof counterpart to the circulation strike 1967 with similar really pretty toning but sold it at the last show we did. There are always more coins to buy ...

    Enjoy!

    Best Regards,

    George

    Well, I decided to take a few home-photos (once again, I apologize for my poor photo-skilz!!) ... hopefully it's the thought that counts!!?

    ... anyway ...

    Here is one of my favourite ol' quarters ...

    1880 Narrow "0"

    => yup, it's now 133 years old and there were only a mere 400,000 minted (ummm, I'm thinkin' EF45-ish?) ... enjoy, my coin-brothers!!

    Well, now I'm starting to roll like a fat kid chasin' a bacon-wrapped meatball down a slippery chocolate slope!!!

    => Here is another famous stevex6 home-photo ...

    1875 HQ2 Quarter

    => "KEY DATE"

    Yup apparently, due to an accounting screw-up, nobody really knows how many of these purdy lil' babies were actually minted? ... but it isn't very many!!!

    This is probably a G6-ish ... I hope that you'll enjoy this rare lil monkey as much as I do!!
