    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

Any bank or credit union should have them or be able to order them for you.

Get friendly with the tellers and you'll find out who orders the coins, and should be able to order what you want. That's exactly how I did it. Found out which teller orders the coins and she has been very happy to help out with this.

If I lived in KC I would not share that proprietary information with you. There are other coin roll hunters where I live and I have actually been asked what my sources are. Yeah, right.

Unfortunately, "should" and "will" are two different stories.

If the OP wishes to reap the potential rewards of searching rolls, he should also be willing to make the minimal effort necessary to track down banks willing to provide him with boxes. This can range anywhere from having to actually pick up a telephone, to leaving the house and driving to individual banks to ask in-person. When the stars align, having a relationship with a bank willing or able to get you certain boxes can pay off handsomely, so people who have made the aforementioned effort may not be so willing to share their connections.

Visit every bank and every branch in town. Be friendly and nice and just ask if they have any. Don't sort though them, just simply buy them all. Deposit ones you don't want at your bank.
