More like, blinded by the realization of everything I have yet to do ... Best Regards, :hail: George
It looks like it came from the mint that way, usually it is easy to see a hand punched coin, but not on that very large penny. Very cool do you have any history on that coin. Sudbury is called "the big nickel", and has a giant nickel on a hill when you enter Sudbury, but I have never seen one like this before....Alan
I actually have a similar coin, but my coin is the "American" version (it also has Sudbury stamped on it) ... very cool, eh?
Cool ... here is a photo of the Big Penny monument (no longer there ... hmmm, I wonder where it is?) => man, now that would be pretty cool to have in the ol' coin collection, eh?!!
25c Canada 1919 MS65 PCGS Sorry the photos are a bit small on this one, color is accurate though! Enjoy! Best Regards, :hail: George 25c Canada 1919 MS65 PCGS
25c Canada 1928 MS64 PCGS I have had this one for a little while. Not a particularly rare date, but in a pretty high grade and a nice-looking example of the date. 2.1 million were struck. Haxby prices this at $450, CCN Trends at $1,000 (!), CoinsandCanada.com also at $1,000. Enjoy! Best Regards, :hail: George 25c Canada 1928 MS64 PCGS
