Modern Lincoln Cents w/rainbow toning - When are they worth sending in for grading?

I picked up a bunch of coins today and one item was a 2009 silver proof set. I noticed that all of the Lincoln cents in this set had very strong rainbow toning on both sides of the coins. My scanner isn't great about processing images of coins, but are modern coins like these ever worth having graded due to the rainbow toning? The toning is more pronounced than what is viewable on these photos. Thanks!

Many coins with natural rainbow toning do bring a premium no matter the dates. The toning on your coins appears to be more haze then color though. I realize it could just be the pics but this toning is not dramatic enough to bring much of a premium. Also with so many artifically toned coins on the market the biggest premiums go to coins that are attractively toned and certified.
