Did you tell her this under your breath or loud enough for her to hear? :foot-mouth:

How hard of a head slap did you get?

I sold this one out of my Registry Set the other day ... guy offered me so much for it I couldn't turn him down. So this is saying a fond farewell. I'll find another ...

So I just won an auction for a 2013 Silver Kennedy Proof graded PF69UC by NGC. I've been trying for more than a week to get one for less than 20.00, and have lost maybe 20 auctions. But I did win at $19.50 just today. I was curious to see that other prices people have paid beyond the $25.00 you can get them direct from Paradise Mint and also many completed auctions.

Would you believe that someone has paid $62.00 for my same coin! in the past week? I see others have completed for $56, several at $43, several at $36, and many at $33.00. A whole slew between $30 and $25.

For people with money, I guess they don't care about saving $5.00 and wasting time losing 25 auctions. But when they are readily available for $25.00, WHY, WHY would someone bid it up to $62 or $56?!

(all prices I listed above include free shipping)

Patience pays off. I don't believe you should pay more than $20 for such a late date PF69UC. I don't think the mint makes anything less than a PF69UC anymore, and the pops on high-grade coins from the last decade will do nothing but rise steadily. In a few years, they'll be $10.

Yeah, I bought everything from 1973 - 2013 in PF69UC (65 coins) and I paid an average of $13.42 per coin INCLUDING all the silvers and shipping. So I agree that these will settle down to $10 -$13 per coin, assuming you subscribe to RTM (reversion to mean). I guess $20/coin is the price we pay to get the current year coins.
