What do you think will be the most sought after coin series in following years? It seems that anything silver is really popular right now, but do you think 3 cent pieces (non silver) will ever be in high demand for collectors for example? Anyone have any premonitions? I collect a little of everything, and that keeps me interested, but I wonder what will be the next "hot" type of coin to collect.

For the most part, the same ones that are popular now.

When I was a teenager, I remember talk about how three-centers, both the nickel and silver, were sleepers. They were going to take off any day now. That was 35 years ago. I believe there will always be plenty of them to go around.

Dragons. Asians have the economy and the
money and like or not they will have more of
it. And they seen to like dragons.

I heard the same story about fish scales
    in the 70's and 80's.

I think some of the lower mintage modern US commemoratives will become more collectible. Some of them already are.
