Taking a trade may or may not be good for you. Depends on what you got, and whether it fits in your collection or is salable. Selling a coin means getting Ca$h for it. There is a likelihood that the guy who 'bought' your coin for traded goods is letting you take things he hasn't been able to move. Now he has something new to try to move. Makes business sense. I have traded coins and I have sold coins. Both can work out, but darn, that ca$h feels good.... because you are not limited to a certain supply if you want to use it to buy something else.
