I am Not sure what the RPM# would be till a grader details it.
But here it is.
This came out the 10 Bu bank rolls I found a few years ago.
Some are Proof like.

Plus about 10- 14 D / D Rpm 1 -?

 

Picture isn't clear enough to see the RPM, but position looks pretty close. I'll take your word on it.
