Well Raider. Although I am a toning enthusiast (to say the least) I am uncertain.
I would hate to think someone would AT such a beautiful cent, but stranger things have happened.
It doesn't look like any AT cent I have seen. But, I really don't know. It is pretty though.

There are several really nice '86 indians above. What has caused Robec's last entry to have a silver color rather than brown or red?

 

It's a really cool proof.

 

It's not really silver. The main problem was caused by slab glare. That is probably responsible for the silver look.
