Hey guys I need your help. I recently bought a world coin collection that had some pretty rare pieces. Well I came across this 1943 2 francs and went to look it up and found a post on coin community about it. They talked about how that year they had light and heavy varieties of this coin. I can add the link to the site. Basically they said if your coin weighs over 1.3 grams its the heavy version rare and valuable. My coin weighs 2.2 grams. I know my scale is right I weigh out silver a lot. Here is the link and some pics of my coin. http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=17629
Let me know what you think. If its true then that will be nice

Sorry, as JJ00 said, they were talking about the 1 franc. Yours has a mintage of 100 million and little collector demand.

  5. I have some 20 cent from the French indochina, 20 cent . It's uncirculated and they are worth around 40.00 dollar ,so you're must be worth at least triple .
