All of those "unsearched" rolls or bags are BS. Especially the ones that stick silver or nicer coins at the end of the rolls. And people fall for it everyday. Op, go to a coin store and support your local businesses. You will probably find a much better deal especially if you're a kid.

I know that. it doesn't matter to me any way.
however at less than 5 cents a pop, I think I have a deal.
ill have it here on or before Thursday.

Actually, with shipping you end up paying more than six-cents each coin if you buy a single lot.

6 cents per wheat isn't horrible, but still, do more research around the net. Buy from fellow forum members, or better yet, at your local coin shop. You will almost always gt a better deal that way.

I don't know why I'm even bothering posting here because if you have to ask these questions you shouldn't be spending the money...Anyways, I prefer to buy my wheats at FV in a box from the bank. Then I know they are truly "unsearched". :)

Why not post an ad to craigslist saying "I am looking to buy your old wheat cents at x3-x5 times face"? I'm sure there are non-collectors who inherited some amount of wheat cents from a member of their family and don't know what to do with them, and probably would just turn them into the bank at face value, so the prospect of making 3x face value would be enticing to them.
