Seller claims it's struck on a proof planchet. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2253641107...vn8_lwfrae&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Someone's on some serious meds. Just look at the asking price for a coin that someone clearly overpaid for.
Never heard of it also, the cert came back unrecognizable for me.Could it be a fake?also the images of it on coinfacts I can't find anything about a proof series for these @Jack D. Young .
Certification didn't work for me either. My assumption is that they want to pretend it is a slab with a textual error.
This is the same guy with the MAC stickers, out of Florida. He got screwed when he bought it and is trying to pawn it off. PS, the guy that does the MAC sticker, says we pick up where CAC ends. Something like that.
Maybe, could also be a fake slab, fake insert. It is obvious that the coin is damaged by a wheel mark. My guess is that the guy that puts the MAC sticker isn't getting much traction and is trying to fleece an unsuspecting buyer. There is nothing about the coin that says it is a PF.
That's strange. I looked up the bat quarter they listed as the same and it did come up w/pcgs, but it won't come up now.
They are at it again.https://www.ebay.com/itm/2262890709...vn8_lwfrae&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
