That is just a blank planchet, not a coin, and for that reason can not be assigned a grade, I'm assuming. Very cool find though!

 

looks AU-MS to me.

I remember when I found my penny blank a few months ago, it was in the same $50 bag as my flying eagle. that was the best bag ever. I got it off one of the coin counting machines

 

Type II planchet as evidenced by the proto-rims. I bought one in a similar condition on ebay for about $2.

I can never find one of those. guess ill have to hang around the one in rayleys and ask someone if I can look through their change before its gone forever.

This is a nice one. I'd say MS64, but the way the TPGs grade errors they'd probably stick a 70 on it.
