Stopped at a local bank--one I haven't been in while--and asked if they had any half dollars. Gave me a single roll but also mentioned that the customer that dropped off the half dollars also dropped off some dime rolls as well.........

Sorry about the picture... I was enthralled to see exactly what I scored :p

Totals: 151 Roosies ('46 to '59; which surprised me that I didn't receive a single '64 or in the 60s at all)
    8 40%ers
    2 '64 Kennedies

Box of Nickels: 30 pre1960...you know it's a bad box when the lowest mintage you find is a 1958 plain. Ugh! :(

Finally had a decent score. $10 out of the tray. 6 '64s, 3 franklin, 1 walker, and 5 40%. Teller had more in the tray but wouldn't give them up. Won't complain.

Because its quicker and it doesnt cost me money. Rolling up $100 worth of change and writing my account number on each roll is not part of my game.

Plus it takes the coins out of my area. With my luck, they would hand me the rolls I just deposited. That would be horrible.

    Fri searches:

    $280 Loomis MWR halves: skunk
    $360 Loomis MWR dimes: 2 Roosies, 1 Swiss 1/2 Franc, 2 Canadians

After getting a non-silver '68 Canadian dime the other day, today I got a 50% silver '68 Canadian dime. It passed the magnet test (did not stick) so its 50% silver. Sweet!

1 box of nickels - 41-D, 42-P, 2x44-P, 46, 2x46-D & 54-S (UNC w/nice uniform champagne toning). Three wars in a box is a record for me. I usually get only one per box

$50 CWR dimes - no silver or anything else interesting.
