Norway has landed!

Here are my newest coins to start my newest collection. The photos are a little washed out but not to bad I guess. It's been a while since I have done this LOL. I only take photos using natural light and it's pretty sunny here in NJ. I probably should have waited until later today to take them or backed away from the window a bit. The white flecks you see are dust from the flips they arrived in. I was in a rush to get these photos up and it has been cleaned off as they were put in their new homes. All in all I'm pretty happy with the coins.

I also have a few moderns on the way, I'll post those when they arrive.

 

Just turn the brightness down a bit and the contrast up, and they won't look washed-out. Good stuff.

Thanks Bruce, It isn't much. I just like that classic late 19th and early 20th century look. The designs are simple and classy at the same time. I'm finding out that Norway is a "spendy" country to collect.

 

"Spendy" ain't good Mark, but always happy to see what you add to your collection.

You got that right, spendy is bad right now since I'm layed for a little while. I'm not in a big hurry though, I'll be able shop around a little better.

 

I hope you're feeling a bit better Mark...you'll be dancing again before you know it.
I'll check my small foreign collection to see if I have anything from Norway. If I do I'll be happy to "donate" them to you to help speed your recovery.
