The images are not clear. I can tell that it is a small fraction, but it is not the large date small fraction. OK got it, S-250 an R-2 coin. The position if the gap between the ends of the wreath and the POL below the d in United let me narrow it down fairly quickly to S-246, 249, 250, or 252. The 1 in the fraction is too low to be 246. On 249 the berry right of the E in ONE is about at the middle of the E so it is out. That leaves 250 and 252. On the obv 250 has the highest wave of hair below the upright of the R. On the 252 it is below the left edge of the left foot of the R. On the OP coin it is below the upright, S-250.
