2000 P Sacagawea off center strike

    The obverse has a much thicker rim along the top when compared to the bottom. The rim thickness appears to be uniform on the reverse? Is this an example of an off-center strike?

    No. It is a MAD (misaligned die). If it was an off-center strike both the obverse and reverse would be off-center.

    AND part of the design would be missing. (off the edge of the coin.)
