Not sure but I would look at Malwa Sultanate 1200 - 1500 AD maybe a Bronze half falus. Could also be a bronze unit of the early Bahmani Sultanate 1347 - 1687. The coinage of India is quite vast and I am not totally familiar with all they different kings but yours has a resemblance to some of these coins.
Come on guys, someone out there know what it is. I was told that its def not an Indian coin and its way older. Any ideas ?
Wow. You just received massive free help without having to spend hours in a library like we did in the days before the internet. You were told "It is definitely not an Indian coin and it is way older" by who? I will wager my entire collection medoraman and ancientnoob have "way" more credibility than your source.
Almost looks like Marathas. Sorry I can't be more help. These are not my area, but have "seen them around". When ancient collectors talk about India, we are referring to the subcontinent, not the modern day country. I was expecting this issue to be between 13th-18th century, ie not modern.
Quite possible- many of these medieval states / rulers overlap. The particulars dates are far from my comfort range. Like I said before though, Indian coinage is quite vast, with many different rulers issuing tons of coins, simultaneously.
