64 kennedy with wrong mint

    Typically, the obverse carries more weight in grading than the reverse, so we would need that photo, too.

    The mint is supposed to be on the obverse but here it's ON THE REVERSE right above "half"

    No, that's where the mint mark was placed on 64 halves.

    As far as value, about $9.74 melt as of right now.

    Buy a Red Book and read it; you will learn. Regardless, the coin is worth its bullion value, which is currently just a little under $10.
