    4 Boxes of Half Dollars:
Box #1: Skunk (175 NIFC!!! Wow! Too bad it wasn't 175 silver :))
    Box #2: Skunk
    Box #3: Skunk
    Box #4: 1x40%

Ugh! I don't normally sort out the NIFC but there were so many in the first box that I wanted to see what all I had. I pulled out 5 complete sets from 2002-2010 (both mint marks) and threw the rest back. Maybe I'll try craigslist and see if I get a bite.

2 More Boxes of Half Dollars:
    Box #1: Skunk
    Box #2: 1x40%.

Got word from my "dump bank" that I will be limited to dumping $1000 per week or fees will be charged.
Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

    Dime a dozen!

Well, actually 11 dimes...9 silver Roosies, 1 1925 Merc, and a 1963 Canadian. Went through a lot of dimes to find them, though...5 boxes!

Got my first box of cents from the bank today! Did not know it was gonna be that heavy... should have stretched first. Also, I stopped by one of the gas stations I hit up weekly and grabbed a few rolls from them. This is kinda nuts...

Box - 4 Canadian cents and 9 Wheats
    Wheat - 1920, 1942, 1943-D, 1946-S, 1953-S, 1956-D, 1956-D, 1957-D, 1958-D
    Canada - 1980, 1981, 1991, 2001

6 Rolls from Gas Station - 1 Canadian cent, 5 Wheats and 1 IHC!! My first one :)
    Wheat -1946-D, 1949-D, 1948-D, 1950-D, 1951-D
    Canada - 1965
    IHC - 1900

I may just stick with circulating through the gas stations lol! I've finally got beyond the weirdness of explaining to them why I am asking for pennies and now they just have them out and ready for me. They always ask me what I found the last time I came in, its like I'm reporting in. I tested a theory and pitted two of them against each other. Its like a Chevron vs Exxon West Side story of coins... well that's what I see in my head at least. :)
As long as they're staying entertained too! ;) I find a lot of CWR's. Seems like a lot of people pay that way and they have no idea what they're rolling up. They just grab whatever change they can scrounge up.
Gas stations are great when I can't get to the bank! Their hours are much more flexible lol.

I am sure everyone felt like that from the start, I know I did. I started on cents because I wasn't comforatble buying a box of dimes or halves because it seemed like a lot of money at first and I will never forget the funny looks I got at the bank asking for a box of pennies. But now I stroll into banks not caring and some tellers even say good luck to me.

You know you have them on your side when they let you know they saved something old for you - the other day a teller sold me 3 silver dimes and two 40% halves over the counter. That candy sure reaps rewards.

First post in this thread, not too exciting either, but oh well..

Searched some change in my drawer at the end of the day at my workplace.

$1 in bank wrapped pennies: 1 wheat 1944, and 26 copper pennies

$2 in bank wrapped nickels: 1 1949 nickel

Got started searching through the change after finding a very odd quarter... seemed an odd weight and feel. It was silver of course I later found out. Ever since then, I've been searching all change through my drawer.

Plenty of wheats, no more silver yet through the drawer route anyways.

Did find another silver quarter in change I had saved up from 2006-2008. Once I found that quarter, I needed more change to go through... it's addicting isn't it?
