    In the final analysis all paper monies intrinsic value, will revert to the value of the paper its written on. I hope they paid in gold coin for it. :devil:

    Condition isn't much of an issue when this is pretty tough bank note to find and a serial #1 to boot.

    That's probably a nice trophy in someone's Strait Settlements collection. Interesting that the seller doesn't mention the serial #1 - or did I miss it?

    I don't think the seller really knew what they had other than what they could read on the note: Date, Country, Denomination
