Here's a few more I admit the James II 1/2d isn't in great condition but it was cheap and cool ! I now need a limerick 1/2d, William and Mary, William III to have the British issues back to Charles II
PF69 1/4oz 2013 25th aniversery canada maple reverse proof i absolutely love reverse proofs and prefer them over standard almost every time
Jello, nice coin. I do enjoy current Latin coinage. Makes one appreciate getting change. Coin collectors must be able to appreciate all coins, old and new. Look at the nice detail of this current 500 pesos from Chile. No wonder the coin catalog value is six times the actual value uncirculated.
I do not buy much proofs, but must say that the obverse on the Candian 3 dollars is a beautiful strike.
I will sleep with that one at my bed side so it is the first thing I can look at when I wake up. Beautiful view!
Mark, I also collect Rhodesia coins and seems like your 1954 is more nickel than copper in the alloy. Mine is a darkish brown with more copper I think. I have seen this before in many pictures. Wonder why?
Just won!! + bidding on 1 More Copper! this one has to be Au-55-58 May be a MS-60B ??there is some rub on center of 5 will do new photo asap
Coin teaser We have US 11 cents on CoinTalk, now we have a Chile 15 pesos also. Think about how this happened? A part of the 5 pesos obverse was also struck on the feeder.
I don't really know much about them derivk I have only just realised she issued them for a rhodesia ! It looks exactly like my GVI 1/2 crown ? Do you have any southern rhodesia stuff to swap/ sell ? I have not full runs of GVI only bits due to different km numbers also looking for GV
I also got the 1993 50 cents in BU. It is amazing that the 1993 2 dollars and the 50 cents have a catalog value of about 30 dollars.
Very nice ! I didn't realise the Aussie stuff was so expensive although with 4mil mintage I can understand !
