96 cents in Canadian dosh, $1.56 in Yankee dosh. A decent find of dosh from a credit union I only buy from but happened to sneak a wee peaky at their coin machine.
46 & 56-D dimes and 78 Canadian nickel from the Coinstar at a local grocery store. Went there for some cold medicine and randomly decided to check the machine...glad I did.
Didn't actually find this in the reject tube, but when I left my dump bank the other day I saw something shiny in the mulch out of the corner of my eye. Went over and this was laying there. Guess someone used it for a button, thought it was interesting.
I found 1 Canadian 1 cent, a button, a Watch battery and 2 small pieces of glass in reject slot while changing in some half's yesterday. They said they pulled a .22 cal bullet out two days ago Pocket change I guess, this was at My credit union.
Went to check the Coinstar in Walmart and saw a coin in the top feeder sitting in the slot where it feeds down into the machine. I usually don't mess with the machine when there is a line of people near it in customer service, so I checked back later when the line was empty. The coin was still there, so I took my key out and slid it out, and it was a 1961 Roosie! Sweet find that someone left behind in the top of the Coinstar! It is very rare for me to find any coins left behind, either in the top feeder or in the reject bin.
Found a '64 quarter in the reject tube when dumping halves. The teller grabbed the coins in the reject tube before I could get it and threw it back into the machine. Luckily it got rejected again. "Oh, I'll just take that back."
First time I can claim anything and it sure was a haul. 20x 1 Euro cent 2x 5 Euro cent 5x 1 cents (copper) 1x uk penny 2x 50 Ore (Danmark) 1x 25 Ore 3x 5 cents (Barbados) 1x Jonny Zee's Token 1x F436 washer Two were in the slot, two in the return slot, two on the ground, the rest on the counter with people walking by. The two on the ground makes me wonder what's hiding underneath all these machines.
