1988 coin set P&D errors md quarter &Ddr penny

I was going through some of my sets and came across these beauty’s. What do you think?

Not only does the Washington quarter have md on the face but the date has doubling as well.
As for the 88 d penny it also has a slight raised rim.

 

Slight finning on Cent.
No Doubled die that I see.

yes definitely finning I know some don’t lol a blown up photo but… to me it looks like there’s some doubling or die deterioration? The D took a real hard hit and is bent downward. Thin on the bottom and thicker on the top. Does that make sense

Could be a plating issue on the mint mark.
