If I really looked through everything, I could probably come up with a coin with a hand or hands on it, but I'd rather post this medal. The woman depicted extending her arms outward with the palms of her hands facing downward is actually a statue in Cincinnati, Ohio. It stands atop an elaborate fountain and is called The Genius of Water. Water actually flows from her hands into the various pools below. Chris
