This is a rather unusual but very interesting thread.

I had to think hard of what I had and found these two:

If I really looked through everything, I could probably come up with a coin with a hand or hands on it, but I'd rather post this medal. The woman depicted extending her arms outward with the palms of her hands facing downward is actually a statue in Cincinnati, Ohio. It stands atop an elaborate fountain and is called The Genius of Water. Water actually flows from her hands into the various pools below.

Hi. I have tons of pics (80) to post of my "Coins with hands" collection. some coins only have the obverse pic. I was in a hurry so some pics came out out of focus. I apologize in advance for that. until I get a expensive better camera/lighting enjoy seeing what I have.:
