One of my few non-12-Caesars coins happens to have been struck at Ephesus: MARC ANTONY & OCTAVIAN, 42 B.C. AV Aureus (8.12 gm.) Ephesus mint, 41 B.C. Bare head of Antony / Bare head of Octavian. A couple I know has visited Ephesus, and of all the places and historical sites they've ever visited, it's their favorite.
Now thats just phat! A grams of Gold coin with all kinds of personalities on it. I mean look at the Octavian, and then look at the Marc Antony. That some serious, serious coin right there. On top of it these guys were eventually at each others throats, you cant find a better heads and tails. Kudos!
