Now that the AU58 Type Set is being dismantled, this is my first MS Type purchase in a while. And I love her! While I wish my college budget could afford a 66, this will do!

Im liking your new purchase. You mentioned dismantling your 58 type set. Are you just upgrading it, did the 58, now going for the ms examples? I'm just curious what you mean I guess. I actually started my first type set no long ago, really enjoying it.

Just got a group of Jeffersons and Merc's. A few of them really stood out.

I'm going to have to try to take another picture of the dime, it doesn't look right in the picture. But here are the first pictures out of the 2x2 it came in, and a close up of the trade dollar.

i guess i worked at a bank just at the right time. just before silver blew up. it was going for about $7-8 dollars at the time. i would get rolls upon rolls on a weekly basis of silver coinage. biggest score was a full $10 box of silver quarters. they were all BU coins also. ah i miss those days

This is the last of the set of 3 quarters.

I suspect this came from a roll. It appears to have some scratches, but then again, I can't tell if they are marks from hitting other coins. Worth grading?

Not worth grading... These are pretty much bullion until MS-63 (so many were saved, but you can get some pretty nice coins with a beautiful design for cheap because of it!)

I've seen some really nice old Canadian silver dollar/half dollars. Yes, they seem to get pricey after MS 63. That's good to know. Other than the Maple Leaf, I haven't ventured much into silver Canadian coinage.
