    1829/1827, O.102a R5

    This a rare die-state. Only a handful of the halves produced from this die marriage exhibit the die crack extending from the rim, through 9, and to the hair above. On later die-state examples, the crack can be seen as far up as the clasp.

    In the third image I've drawn some arrows pointing to the die crack's trajectory and where recutting is most visible on the date.
