Got the results from my latest batch of NCS coins...was expecting some decent grades, but not THIS:

Anyone have access to population reports for that 1903 MS66BN? Looking on PCGS CoinFacts, the highest they've graded is a MS65BN...(Yes, I realize they've graded higher examples in RD...and that it's NGC, not PCGS...)

    Wow!

There are two 1903 MS66BN's. Chances are yours will make #3. I doubt the NGC data base has been updated this soon.

    Nice results!!

Excellent result! Maybe you could share where you bought them and what you have into them. What I find difficult about grading copper vs. silver and gold is how tough it can be.

Thanks all - I'll definitely post photos once they come back. As to how I acquired them...

I've had them for about 5 years. Bought them from my auctioneer friend (who I now work for) at a flea market in a group of other coins. My goal with any coin purchase is to buy a group, then sell some from that group to pay for the ones I keep...so in effect, this group has already been paid for. At this point, the only coins I have any money in are the ATB 5 oz I've recently purchased, and a group of 1958 proof sets I'm holding on to until I have more time to look at. What I'll probably do with this group is keep the 3 most attractive for my collection and sell the other 3 to put towards the ATB. By the time I sell off those 1958 proof sets I should be ahead again...

Yep, it's a branch of NGC. FWIW - I've found that coins I send to NCS get processed a lot quicker than coins I send to NGC straightaway (in the same box.)

Still no updates on my other two lots (the main two, one US and one World.) Was hoping for results today...have an 1883 NC Liberty nickel I'm expecting good things from...
