How about a 161 known errors, which covers P, D , and s mint marks ! All known as hub doubling ! You need to sharpen up on your skills for error coins, before you post, or think before you post your comments ! I'll leave you guys alone, and hang-out where the expert are ! p.s all known errors are from " Wexler coins and Die Varieties :lurker:

My skills are just fine thank you, except I use them on cents because they're actually worth the investment to look for varieties. I loathe state quarters because they destroyed CRH of quarters, for me at least. Please stop confusing errors and varieties; errors are things like brockage, double and triple strikes and cuds. Varieties occur due to alterations to the die before coins are struck while errors occur as coins are struck.

All of a sudden, I don't like this thread anymore. If I wanted to regularly check up on an argument thread, I would be on a tabloid website. Can we please stick to what this thread is about? Coin Roll Hunting? Please?

Best of luck to you, Fade. Sorry this ended up the way that it did but I hope you are able to keep having success.

So you admit that you're just here to troll the thread. Nice.

Sorry guys, I fed the troll and got him started. Won't make that mistake again!

Fade: Part of life is learning to ignore the idiots (for lack of a better term) and focus on your goal. Roadblocks always pop up, and it is way easier to go around than tring to plow through. Case in point is "our" errorfinder.

Box of dimes - 1 roosie, 1 Merc (merc was an ender). Also picked up $100 in halves & got a '66.

Box #49 of Halves: skunk (from WF, a first) The box had been opened and were already searched but when I asked the teller if they were, he replied "I made the guy open the box in front of me." Oh the Enlish language is tricky!
2 boxes of Dimes: 2 roosies.

I'm trying to get to 30 oz silver for the month to triple January's 10oz record month. I'm at 29.96 oz now with maybe 4 boxes tonight. I ordered through a new guy at the bank and I'm not sure he followed through. Just need to find ANYTHING to reach my goal but silver has dried up with these yellow Brinks boxes.
I could do some CRH searching but I always end up getting the teller's searched halves. Oh they love when I pick those up from them.

Six boxes of halves, one box of nickels. The halves gave up 4- 40% and one Ben. My first Ben in the wild and first 90% piece since my return to crh. Plus the wagon at my pickup bank broke under the strain of six boxes of halves, one nickel and two penny.

  12. I have sold them on Ebay in the past but I have found that it isn't worth the effort.

Dimes! 2 boxes of dimes should get you to your goal.

So the bank I go to almost every day has finally caught on to my hunt for halves, large dollars and anything different. This past week they have had a sealed roll of 2010 sac dollars, and today a sealed roll of 2000 P (From US Mint in original wrapping as in someone paid up to $10 over face for them)...any value in either of these? Should I dump them, open them, put them on ebay? What do you think...

Box of Halves: 1x1967. Not much but it finally broke a 4 box skunk streak.

I don't post every day because I don't think my penny finds are nearly as exciting as your bunches of silver.. but, I searched 1,275.00 in cents for the month of February and don't plan on doing anymore today. I normally don't do the volume I did this month, but my grandpa passed away at the end of January, so I decided to bury myself in coins, rather than spending so much time at the bar--trying to be a grown up, and all.

    Totals -

    50's -291
    40's - 246
    30's - 29
    20's - 6 (2x 20P, 2 x 25P, 26P, 27P)
    10's - 6 (1 x 17, 4 x 19P, 1 x 19S)

    Canadian - 53

    One BU 1968 S Proof.

Best box had 43 wheats, 33 of which were in one roll(all 57-D, hurray...)

Also, one penny each from Aruba, the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands.

Box of Halves - I'm glad I did not drop it all over the bank floor today so I'm already doing better there.
    It also had a single 1968 40%er.

Welcome back fade (sort of). Sorry to see you go. I've enjoyed your posts. I hope I haven't added too much to your decision to leave. On that note, I will no longer be going on CT after I've been partaking in the glorious elixir known as beer. Do not drink and CT. :)
Anyways, today was the first day that I got my extra two boxes of pennies and man did it pay off. My 2 boxes of nickels were solid 2012-P. That makes 10 this year. Arg. I opened the cents and looked for enders. The first box had 3 wheat enders(!), the 2nd had 2, third had none, and the fourth had none. Since it was on the desk already, I went for the 4th box first. I ended up with 26 wheats including a 1945 clipped planchet and my first 1998 WAM. I'm pretty happy with that. Can't wait to go through the other 3 boxes.
I also did $200 in dollar coins and pulled 3 NIFC. Still no Taylor-D. I will be glad to find him and be done with gold dollars I think.
