Are those numbers just for PCGS ? Or all TPGs ? I ask because my numbers come from a book published in '06 that covers all of them. And it had 122 out of the 190 as MS. It makes sense the numbers would be different from then to today, but given you only show 98 MS coins, I'm thinking they are only reporting PCGS slabs.
COIN FACTS states that survival #s include raw and all TPG service coins. These are the opinions of 1 or more experts that use grading data and auction results as a guide. I'm sure they're not 100% accurate but they are closer than the actual mintages as we all know.
