Waited forever to finally head out to this great show. Saved up some money to buy me some goodies. While I was there I got to meet two forum members! First person was the all famous Brian (iGradeMS70) Talked for a while about a whole mix of things. Almost felt like I was talking to an old friend. Nice meeting you Brian! Hope to see you again at any upcoming shows. I also met Jay (Bigjpst). Huge guy! I felt like a midget talking to him. Had a quick talk with him about random things and was great to see him in person instead of just on the computer. I didn't get to meet Mike (illini420) he was busy. I had tons of fun and met 2 awsome people. These are just the coins I purchased. I also bought a scale, binder pages, and E-zest (don't worry not using it on coins just jewlery)

Nice set of coins! That SLQ looks like a gorgeous slider/UNC!

Was great to finally shake your hand, George! Enjoyed my chat with ya during some downtime. As relaxed as I was during our conversation, throughout the majority of the show, I was running around the bourse floor like a chicken with its head cut off! So luckily you caught me at a good time :)

The show was a huge success for me as well! Bought some coins for the shop I wish I could keep for my personal collection, but just can't afford to. :(

I'll just enjoy your newps and pretend they were my own... ;)

It's not a full head, but maybe that's just a weak strike? It is definatley beautiful :)

It definitely was a great day, and I learned what a doily holder is too! I'll be sure to stop again next time you set up. I agree it sucks when I see expensive eye candy but my wallet says "not gonna happen" haha.

It's even worse when you have the money to back the purchase, but your wallet says "nope - this is all going towards bills and gas, sorry." Basically the story of my life... :(

Edit: My 2000th post...? Wow, do I really talk coins THAT much?! :p
