1911 Liberty Nickel Grade??

I recently found this in a BWR and was wondering what everyones thoughts are on what the grade would be. Thanks for the help.

IMO it is a Fine coin.

Grading Fine used to require all letters in LIBERTY to be visible but that has changed so the "I" can be weak/missing in Fine.

 

What is a BWR? Please don't tell me Boiling Water Reactor.

I kind of like yje I in liberty to be there for a fine grade

VG 10 to fine 12

 

Is that what all the cool kids are calling them these days? What ever happened to OBW?
